Angolan deputy minister of Urbanisation and Environment, Mota Liz, said Monday, in Luanda, that by holding the first seminar on Vulnerability and Adaptation to Climatic Changes, the Government takes its responsibilities in the implementation of the United Nations Framework Convention on the issue.
